ACTUAL LESSON EXPERIENCE

Students can experience actual Japanese language lesson conducted in Japan and compare the differences (for eg. Teacher’s style of teaching) with a Singapore’s Japanese language school. This may address student’s concerns, for those who are curious or interested to pursue higher Japanese language proficiency level in Japan.

For students who want to experience other meaningful life skills and not just Japanese language, they can opt for the Business Support or Internship and Job Support class. These classes help students with actual skills in the working industry and assist students in every step to find a job in the Japanese industry.

UNIVERSITY TOUR

In this tour, you get to see the whole environment of a Japanese University that any other foreigner students do not get to see before they apply for the school. This is somewhat like an “open house” concept, allowing you to see the whole campus (classrooms, dormitories and many more).

Students who are planning to pursue their degree in Japan can hence gain deeper insights on how a University in Japan is like. Tour will be conducted at Tokyo International University. TIU is one of the top ranking Japanese universities in Japan. They have English-tracked programs with 3 courses conducted in 100% English hence students need not worry if they don’t want to learn Japanese language for a degree.

VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TOUR

Vocational school are schools that provide training for a specific career or trade. They focuses on practical applications of skills learned, and generally comprises lesser theory or traditional academic skills.

Students are able to see what is a vocational school like, which is not available in Singapore. This is for students who are interested to enter into vocational school! You can realise your dream here!

HOW TO LIVE IN JAPAN: TEAMBUILDING GAME

Sending you guys to Ameya Yokocho Market and its nearby supermarkets. You can experience how it is like to live in Japan - purchasing groceries and cooking at your own apartment.

Students are split into 2 groups and each group is to whip about 4 to 5 dishes for the entire group. Students or working adults in Japan often buy their own groceries and cook on their own at dormitories/apartments to save costs on living expenses.

FAQS

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE TRIP/TAKE-AWAY FROM THIS TRIP?

We want to provide a different kind of immersion programme that students are unable to experience anywhere else. Which is why our itinerary consists of Japanese language school tours, University & Vocational school tour, actual lesson experience, a in-depth talk about all the information you need of furthering your studies or working in Japan, voluntary work, and many interactions with international students. Furthermore, we push students to their limits by giving them actual daily life on how international students survive in Japan - taking the public transport to schools, staying in shared apartments/homestay etc. We want our students who join this trip to gain deeper insights about the studying, working or living life in Japan. We want Singaporeans to see and love Japan for themselves and not being forced by anyone.

HOW MUCH IS THE COST PER PERSON TO JOIN ON THIS TRIP?

It is $2,990 per person.

What does $2,990 comprises of? - Flight tickets to and fro Singapore to Tokyo, personal insurance for the trip, accommodation, transportation, food (if not stated “free and easy”, all meals would be provided), wifi egg provision. Not included are only personal expenses and free and easy days’ expenses.

WHAT PAYMENT MODES DO YOU HAVE?

We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, internet banking.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

Our instalment agreement form is available at the sign up page below. If you are opting for instalment, we will need you to manually fill up the forms, scan and email it to sales.sg2@fiftyonemedia.com.

WHAT KIND OF TRANSPORTATION ARE WE TAKING?

We are providing 3 days chartered bus for airport transfers and hotel transfer. Other days we are going to take metro and bus (note that we will be providing transport card and expenses as well) as we want our students/working adults to fully immerse in the lifestyle of Japanese and experience for themselves the everyday life of Japanese. More than 80% of Japanese travel to school or work via public transport like metro and bus and taking taxis/driving are not so common due to high charges/parking fee. Hence it would be a good experience to do the same.
